I saw Dr. Heyman for a routine pregnancy appointment through Capital Women’s Care as 1 of a 4 rotation doctors. The other 3 docs I had met so far were great BUT Dr. Heyman was truly awful. I’m a high risk pregnancy and was having trouble with randomly fainting. She completely disregarded me. I had asked about getting tests done for pregnancy diabetes which my primary care doctor suggested. She told me she would not test me as I was 3weeks early for that test per their protocol so she wrote me off. I told her I didn’t understand what was happening to me and I was scared, she refused to help me and had no compassion. She even started talking to my husband and stopped addressing me. She made us both feel awful, helpless and stupid. I even contacted others there at CWC and she argued with them too and ultimately they didn’t help me with her or this matter. I couldn’t have her removed from my rotation to deliver my baby so we were forced to leave the practice entirely and we went to SMH who were great and I did in fact have preeclampsia. I had been with CWC for 17 years and I left because of her.

If you are ever having pain and not able to work bcuz u have sleepless nights. Good luck you might as well die. I asked to be love on STD 7 weeks prior to giving birth and she is going to tell me that she doesn’t have any reason to put me on STD. Also I asked to make another appt with another provider and the appt lady was very rude!!!! If I wasn’t this late in my pregnancy I would have changed. I went to capital women’s care at Holycross MoCo with my first child and they were superb! Now Frederick is a hot mess. Appts are rushed and bedside manners is beyond poor. As someone in the medical field myself it’s n eyesore to endure this kind of treatment when u know they can do way better. I have an extensive history of pain issues n when I told her about my pain the smirk on her face says it all. I’m beyond disgusted.

Love Love Love Dr. Amy Heyman. She not only delivered my baby girl but also saved my baby because she had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck. She also removed my tubes because I am done having babies. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Brian Heyman is the best. I have been struggling with having ovarian cysts which caused so much pain and discomfort. Dr Brian Heyman suggested I try a low hormonal birthcontrol that would reduce the chances of me having these issues in the future. And boy oh boy am I glad I listened to him. As much as I hate taking birthcontrol the one he prescribed works great for me. Very grateful for him. Highly recommend him.

I don't know where to start!!!! Dr Groff is the absolute best ever. From Labor and Delivery to her bedside manner. Dr Groff is knowledgeable, caring, and was focused on making sure I was comfortable during and after birth. Dr. Groff delivered my son via C- Section on Jan 27th 2023. I don't even see a scar and it was a breeze. Dr Groff talked to me during the procedure and truly was a gem. I want to give this lady 100 stars. A true medical provider. Top Tier!!! We love you Dr. Groff. Thank you for everything.

The doctors were great! The billing experience and trying to pay a bill were an absolute nightmare. Patient portal won’t work, I’ve tried to pay a bill since April and asked to be mailed a bill. Nothing but a letter threatening collections after 6 months of asking. I call the number on the letter and they say 5 bills were sent, none received! But suddenly now the threatening letter shows up. I paid with a credit card in the website with the button “pay my bill” so I think they’re paid but I still show a balance. Was happy but very disappointed now!

My follow up went well (Dec. 29, 2021) and Dr. Bienkowski always takes the time to ask how I have been and answers all of my questions in the manner that I am able to understand and feel comfortable.

My well women exam was scheduled on 07/20/2021. Visit went well but I was nervous due to my history of abnormal Pap smears. It is now 08/11/2021 and I still have not received results. I have called 3 times and spoke with a manager and no resolution besides- he will call when he can. I checked the quest portal after receiving an email and found out that way my results are abnormal. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I work in the medical field and luckily have some knowledge to keep myself calm but I fear for patients other than myself who aren’t getting their results. I will not be recommending this practice anymore to patients and or friends and family.

Overall good experience. The front desk staff were friendly. My nurses Lexi and Juliet were great. Dr Lee seemed very knowledgeable. I was seen in a timely matter and felt that the whole process went well.

I was very satisfied after my first visit with Dr. Bienkowski. Everyone was so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The office was busy, but I still had very little wait time. The ladies at the check in desk were incredibly friendly. Dr. Bienkowski was very kind and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this office!
